Delta Career Education Corporation (’Delta’) is one of the leading privately held for-profit post secondary education providers in the United States. Delta offers skills-based vocational education to over 12,000 students and provides certificate, diploma and associate degree programs at 30 campus locations in 12 states. The company was formed by Gryphon Investors through the acquisitions of National Career Education in December 2004 and Delta Educational Systems in May 2006. Subsequently, Delta acquired the Academy of Court Reporting in August 2006 and Berks Technical Institute in April 2008.
