Bruce Coles
Bruce is the former Chairman & CEO of MACTEC, a leading engineering, environmental and construction services
firm. Prior to his experience at MACTEC, Bruce was Chairman & CEO of the Law Companies Group, Inc., an
engineering and environmental design and consulting services firm and Chairman & CEO of Stone & Webster,
Inc., an engineering services company. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Bruce assists
Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the engineering services and environmental services sectors.
Richard Horton
Rick is the former General Manager, Global Strategic Outsourcing at IBM Global Services. Rick previously held a
number of increasingly senior positions within IBM which include General Manager, IBM Global Services Canada, and
General Manager, IBM Global Learning Services. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Rick
assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the IT services, BPO, and training sectors.
Phil Knell
Phil is the founder of PDK Investments & Consulting, a consulting group focused on business strategy and results
via improved a focused marketing, sales, and operations emphasis. Prior to founding PDK, Phil served as President
and General Manager of MCI Network Conferencing. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Phil
assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the telecommunications and professional services
industries.
Rodger G. Marticke
Rodger is the former COO of FedEx Ground. Rodger previously was a senior executive at Roadway Services including
serving as President of its Caliber Logistics division and the turnaround CEO of its Viking Freight division. Rodger
assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the logistics and transportation sector.
Peter T. Regan
Peter is the former Chairman & CEO of ERM, one of the world’s largest environmental consultancies. As a
member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Peter assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in
the environmental services sector.
William A. Rodgers, Jr.
Bill is currently President & CEO of Good Cents, a privately-held energy services company. Bill was previously
President & CEO of EMCOR Facilities Services, a $1.4 billion division of EMCOR Group focused on outsourced
facilities services and solutions, and Vice President, U.S. Operations at Johnson Controls where he oversaw that
company’s Integrated Facility Management business. As member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board,
Bill assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the facilities services sector.
Jerry Rose
Jerry was formerly Vice Chairman of Jones Lang LaSalle, the world’s top global real estate services and investment
management company. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Jerry assists the firm in evaluating
and managing investments in the commercial real estate services and facilities services industries. Jerry was
formerly Chairman of Gryphon-backed Consolidated Fire Protection.
Lee White
Lee was previously a co-founder of AnswerThink, a leading provider of technology-based business transformation
solutions, and the Managing Partner of KPMG’s Southeast consulting business, in addition to holding
executive-level positions at IBM Solutions. He was also previously Chief Operating Officer of Zyman Group LLC, a
marketing strategy consulting firm, and the head of North American Operations at PRGX, a leading provider of cost
recovery services. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Lee assists Gryphon in evaluating and
managing investments in the consulting and recovery audit sectors. Lee currently serves as Executive Chairman at
Gryphon portfolio company DLC.
