As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Bob assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the advertising and marketing industries.

Phil Knell, Founder, PDK Investments & Consulting
Phil is the founder of PDK Investments & Consulting, a consulting group focused on business strategy and results via improved a focused marketing, sales, and operations emphasis. Prior to founding PDK, Phil served as President and General Manager of MCI Network Conferencing. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Phil assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the telecommunications and professional services industries.

Ray Marcy, Founder, Marcy Consulting Group
Ray is founder of Marcy Consulting Group, an investment and acquisition company focused on the human capital sector. He is the former Chairman and CEO of Spherion Corporation, one of the world’s leading human capital management companies. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Ray assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the staffing and human capital management sectors. Ray was formerly Chairman of Gryphon investments DLC and Nursefinders, and served on the Board of Directors at Staffing Now.

As Vice Chairman of Jones Lang LaSalle, Jerry led the world’s top global real estate services and investment management company.
