Raymond Sims - EVP and CFO, Financial Engines
Raymond oversees all aspects of financial operations for Financial Engines, an established investment advisory
group serving Fortune 500 employers and individuals. His responsibilities include financial planning, reporting
and analysis, treasury, tax, and investor relations. As a Gryphon advisor, he brings more than 35 years of
experience in corporate finance, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

As President of Valiante and Associates LLC, a healthcare consulting and investment practice, John assists
clients across a broad spectrum of the healthcare industry including identifying investment opportunities and
