At Gryphon, Tim is responsible for analyzing, executing, and monitoring investments including Intelligrated, Staffing Now and Synteract. He has worked with Intelligrated since joining Gryphon, including completing the acquisition of Logistex. Tim has been actively involved in human capital initiatives, including the successful sale of Medfinders (formerly Nursefinders).
Prior to Gryphon, Tim’s experience included:
- Oaktree Capital Management, Special Opportunities Fund / Associate – focused on private investments in distressed companies and traditional private equity investments including investing in Chart Industries, a very successful transaction.
- Credit Suisse First Boston, Analyst – investment banking focused primarily on leveraged finance and M&A.
