Tyler handles Reception and helps support the broader Gryphon Administrative Professionals Team. Prior to joining Gryphon, Tyler was a Hospitality Coordinator at DivcoWest, and before that, was the West Coast Manager at Malia Mills.
Prior to Gryphon, Tyler’s experience included:- DivcoWest/DivCore, Hospitality Coordinator – Manned reception and office facilities and provided support to all office administration. Acted as resident host providing technical and hospitality-based support for guest relations and meetings.
- Malia Mills, Regional Manager, West Coast – Managed Brentwood location in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles. Travelled amongst three locations (Brentwood, Montecito, and Marin) to oversee event management, visual merchandising, recruiting, hiring, and training.
- Scot Louie Wardrobe Stylist, Assistant Stylist/Personal Assistant – Managed and oversaw stylist calendar for showroom and designer pulls, fittings, event preparations, and event day styling. Facilitated recruitment and training of interns. Self-managed all tasks as needed with stylist’s bicoastal schedule.
