Gryphon Portfolio Company Wind River Environmental Acquires Acton Concord Septic, Inc.

Wind River Environmental (“Wind River”), the nation’s largest full service liquid waste management service provider, announced today that it has acquired the business assets of Acton Concord Septic, Inc. out of Concord, MA.

 Founded in 1987, Acton Concord Septic, Inc. provides septic pumping, title 5 inspection, septic system installations and small repairs.

John O’Connell, Wind River’s CEO, stated, “Acton Concord Septic, Inc. is a classic tuck-in acquisition adding density to our Massachusetts operations.”
