Garrett first joined Gryphon in 2020 and after a brief time away from the firm returned in 2026. In his current role, he is responsible for analyzing, executing and monitoring investments in Gryphon’s Heritage Group. Prior to Gryphon, Garrett was an Investment Banking Associate at Bank of America Securities.
