Heritage Distribution Holdings (“HDH”) is a distributor of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) parts, equipment, and supplies to HVAC/R contractors in the southeastern and midwestern US. The Company was formed from the merger of four strong regional brands, Wittichen Supply, Benoist Brothers Supply, Ed’s Supply, and Coastal Supply Company.
