Gary DiOrio

Former President, Cloud Sherpas

Gary has served in leadership positions across multiple cloud services companies, including as the former President/General Manager of Contino North America, a leading DevOps consultancy and Premier AWS Partner (sold to Cognizant in 2019), and Former President of Cloud Sherpas’ Global Salesforce.com business unit (sold to Accenture in 2015). Prior to his work at Cloud Sherpas, Gary served as the GM/EVP of Capgemini’s East Business Unit, CEO of Plaut Consulting, a leading SAP implementation specialist, and CEO of Intershop NA, a leading Enterprise eCommerce Software firm. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Gary assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the Next Generation IT Services sector.

Stephen Donly

Former President, Aramark Uniform Services

Steve spent 27 years with Ryder System Inc., serving in various management positions
including Sr. Vice President of Operations for Ryder’s largest business unit, Vehicle
Leasing & Services, and Sr. Vice President Global Sales and Marketing for the parent
company. Following his time with Ryder, Steve joined Aramark as President of its
Uniform Services business, growing the company’s revenue from $950MM in 2000 to
$1.25B in 2006. Steve then served as CEO of Enterprise Media Networks and President
& COO of Truegreen, a subsidiary of Servicemaster. Since 2012, Steve has been active in
corporate governance work, serving as an Independent Director of Steritech Group and
United Site Services as well as Chairman of the Board at Marcoa Publishing. As a
member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Steve assists Gryphon in evaluating
and managing investments in the specialty chemicals, water treatment, and specialty
distribution industries, among others.

Malcolm Frank

Former President, Cognizant

Malcolm currently serves as the Caylent Executive Chairman and as Founder / CEO of TalentGenius, an AI-enabled recruiting platform for IT professionals. Prior to his current roles, Malcolm served as President of Digital Business & Technology (~$18bn P&L) at Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH), where he was responsible for Cognizant’s full technology services business. Prior to Cognizant, Malcolm founded and served as CEO of 2 companies leading them to successful strategic exits. Malcolm also serves on the BoD at FactSet (NYSE: FDS) and in board roles at other PE-backed companies. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Malcolm assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the Technology Services Industries.

Jane Lamb

Chief Growth Officer, Great Day Improvements

Jane currently serves on the board of directors for NAEHS and as Chief Growth Officer at Great Day Improvements, a DTC home services company specializing in sunrooms, replacement windows and doors and bath remodeling. Prior to her current roles, Jane served as Chief Marketing Officer and Partner at Dealer Tire leading B2B and B2C marketing, e-commerce, creative services, data science, CRM, branding, and digital. Simultaneously, Jane was a member of the Board and Advisor of SimpleTire, LLC, a sister company to Dealer Tire, a high growth eCommerce tire retailer. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Jane assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the Home Services Space.

Andrew McMahon

Former President, AXA Financial

Andrew is the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at Guardian. He was formerly the President and Director of AXA Financial (AXA’s U.S. business); prior to that, he was the Chairman of AXA Advisors (AXA’s U.S. salesforce). Before his time with AXA, he spent eight years at McKinsey & Company as a Partner in the Financial Institutions Group. He started his career at General Electric in various technology, finance, and human resources roles. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Andrew assists Gryphon in identifying, evaluating, and managing investments in the insurance services industry.

Bill Mohl

Former President, Entergy Wholesale Commodities

Bill currently serves as Executive Chairman for two Gryphon portfolio companies, Shermco and HEPACO. Prior to his current roles, Bill served as Interim CEO of Shermco and President of WMM Enterprises where he provided executive advisory services related to strategic planning, market related matters, risk management, commercial transactions and utility operations. Previously, Bill served as President of Entergy where he had responsibility for Entergy's wholesale generation business (~$2B in annual revenues) and led the strategic exit of the merchant wholesale business. Bill also served as COO of Koch Investment Group and in various other leadership roles at Koch Industries. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Bill assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the Industrial and Infrastructure Services Space.

Barry Nicholls

Former President & Board member, EN Engineering

Barry has served multiple companies supporting the utility sector, including EN Engineering, a leader in natural gas and electric transmission and distribution engineering services; and CLEAResult, a leading energy efficiency program implementer. Previously he held increasingly responsible positions at Westinghouse and Siemens Energy, finishing his career as Senior Vice President for Power Systems Sales, and Lead Executive for the Siemens U.S. Power Generation Business. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Barry assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the business services sector and supports multiple current portfolio companies.

Paul Orzeske

Former President, Honeywell Building Solutions

Paul is the former President of Honeywell Building Solutions where he led a $3 billion business that operated in 52 countries around the globe. He also held general management and IT leadership roles for Honeywell’s Process Solutions business. Prior to his 26 years at Honeywell, Paul spent eight years in engineering and product development at General Signal. Paul has a depth of experience in general management, strategic marketing, channel management, service operations, sales, information technology, software as a service (SaaS), and mergers & acquisitions. Paul assists Gryphon in evaluating investments in the facilities services and engineering services sectors and currently serves as Exec Chair of Gryphon portfolio company JENSEN HUGHES.

Sam Reese

Former CEO, Vistage Worldwide

Sam currently serves as CEO of Vistage Worldwide, the global leader in executive coaching and professional peer advisory services for business leaders. Previously, he served as CEO and as a Board Member of former Gryphon portfolio company Miller Heiman Group, a leading professional training and leadership coaching organization. Prior to that, Sam held senior leadership positions at Corporate Express, Kinko’s, and British Telecom. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, he assists Gryphon in identifying, evaluating, and managing investments in the Information Services and Professional Services sectors.

Peter is the former Chairman & CEO of ERM, one of the world’s largest environmental consultancies. Kelly Romano

Kelly previously served as a senior executive at United Technologies Corporation for 32 years where she held multiple leadership positions including President, Building Systems & Services, a $4 billion division focused on HVAC and building management systems; President, Global Security Products; and President, Intelligent Building Technologies. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Kelly assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the facility services sector.

Robert Salipante

Former President, Sun Life International

Bob is the President of Salipante Consulting LLC, a management consulting company focused on the financial services industry. Previously, Bob held executive management positions in the financial services sector, including President of Sun Life Financial U.S. and President & COO of Reliastar Financial. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Bob assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the insurance services sector. Bob currently serves on the Board of Gryphon portfolio company Orchid Underwriters.

Mark Schlageter

Former Executive VP, Chief Customer Officer, Thomson Reuters

Mark Schlageter is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of Thomson Reuters where he had a 19-year career serving in a variety of Global President and General Management positions both domestically and internationally. During his time with Thomson Reuters he led businesses ranging in size from $250 million to over $2 billion and he sat on the Executive Committee where he had ongoing interactions with the Thomson Reuters’ Board. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Mark assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the Information Services sector and specifically in the areas of Government, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) / Reg-Tech.

Kevin Walbridge

Wind River Environmental

Kevin currently serves as on the board of directors for Wind River Environmental. Kevin is a waste services industry executive with over 30 years of varied experience in progressively senior leadership roles. Kevin has experience in both public and privately held organizations, and previously held senior positions at Progressive Waste Solutions, Republic Services and Waste Management. While at Republic Services, he was responsible for all field operations as well as overseeing the corporate safety program, landfill operations and environmental management. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Kevin assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the Environmental Services Space.

Marshall Wells

Former Managing Director, Accenture

Marshall is a former Technology Strategy and Consulting Managing Director at Accenture. He previously held a number of senior positions within Accenture which include North American Lead for IT Strategy Practice, North American Technology Consulting Lead for Communications, Media and High Technology and Global Growth and Strategy Lead for Accenture Technology Consulting. Marshall also led strategic partnerships with major technology leaders in hybrid cloud and emerging technologies. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Marshall assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the Next Generation IT services sector.

Gerald (Jerry) Bowe

Former CEO, Vi-Jon

Jerry was the former CEO of Vi-Jon, one of the oldest private brand Health and Beauty Care manufacturers in the U.S., from 2011 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, Jerry served as the CEO of Masterplan, a global meeting and event management company specializing in the corporate luxury market. Previously, he spent 6 years as the CEO of Avery Weigh-Tronix, a global provider of innovative weighing solutions and systems for industrial and commercial applications. From 1998 to 2002, Jerry served as the Chief Operating Officer of Malden Mills, the original manufacturer of Polartec fleece and other modern textiles.

John Bowlin

Former President and CEO, SAB Miller & Kraft Foods International

John currently serves as a director of various privately held companies and is a member of both the audit committee and the nominating and corporate governance committee for Spectrum Brands where he has served as a director since 2004. In 2007, John was appointed Chairman of the Board of Spectrum. John served as President and CEO of SABMiller PLC and held several senior executive positions at Phillip Morris Companies, Inc., including CEO of Miller Brewing Company; President and CEO of Kraft Foods International; and President and COO of Kraft North America; and President of Oscar Meyer Food Corporation. Additional industry experience includes various positions at General Foods Corporation.

Debbie Carosella

Former CEO, Madhava Foods

Debbie is the former CEO of Madhava Foods, a leading brand of natural sweeteners. Prior to joining Madhava Foods, Debbie served as the Senior Vice President of Innovation at WhiteWave Foods, a better-for-you food and beverage company comprised of well-known brands including Horizon Organic, the largest organic dairy brand in North America. Previously, Debbie spent 7 years with ConAgra Foods working across Marketing and Innovation where she served as Executive Vice President of Innovation across all temperature states and as General Manager of the Meals business unit, comprised of Chef Boyardee, Banquet Homestyle Bakes, Healthy Choice Soups and more. Debbie has served on the board of Lifecore Biomedical since 2017.

George Cleary

Managing Partner, Market Performance Group (“MPG”)

George is the Managing Partner of Market Performance Group, a consulting and sales management company serving prominent brands such as L’Oréal, Bayer, Ferrero, and more. Prior to joining MPG, George was President of Global Fragrances for Elizabeth Arden and CEO of Illuminage. Earlier, George spent 7 years at Coty in various positions, including as President, where he was responsible for a $1.2 billion business in the Americas. George started his career at Nestlé before moving to Johnson and Johnson, where he spent 15 years across several sales and general management positions in the personal care and beauty division. George currently serves on the board at RoC Skincare and as Executive Chairman at Milani Cosmetics, two Gryphon portfolio companies.

Michael Kaufman

Former President, Metromedia Restaurant Group

Michael is president of the restaurant group of Centerplate, an $800 million provider of foodservice in sports, convention, and entertainment venues. Michael previously served as President of the Dallas-based Metromedia Restaurant Group, which comprised the well-known restaurant brands of Bennigan’s, Steak and Ale, Bonanza, and Ponderosa, serving the casual and family restaurant segments, and generating system sales in excess of $1.3 billion. As the elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Restaurant Association from 2008 – 2009, Michael initiated and led a comprehensive strategic review and plan for the $600 billion restaurant industry’s principal trade association. Michael has served on the NRA board since 2001 and on the Board of Trustees of the NRA’s Educational Foundation (2000 – 2009).

Steve LaMonte

Former Vice President, APAC & LATAM, Johnson & Johnson

Steve is the former Executive Chairman of past Gryphon portfolio companies, Fleet Laboratories and Matrixx Initiatives, and is currently Executive Chairman for Gryphon portfolio companies, RoC Skincare and Metagenics. Prior to working with Gryphon, Steve was responsible for driving accelerated growth of Johnson & Johnson’s over-the-counter drug business in Asia and Latin America. Previously, Steve has worked in a myriad of roles across Consumer Health including Vice President Global Innovation & Strategy at J&J Consumer Healthcare; Vice President Latin America & Integrated Growth Solutions at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare; and Senior Vice President / General Manager at Schering-Plough Consumer Healthcare. Earlier, Steve worked for Nestlé and Unilever building franchise value in the food and beverage categories.

Patricia Lopez

Former CEO, High Ridge Brands

Patricia is the former CEO and board member of High Ridge Brands, a family of personal care brands including Zest, Alberto VO5, and Coast. Prior, Patricia spent 25 years at Procter & Gamble, serving as the General Manager of several divisions, including North America and LATAM Feminine Care. In her final role at P&G, Patricia was Vice President and General Manager P&G’s Eastern Europe, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus division where she managed 200+ brands, oversaw more than 1,000 employees, and had P&L responsibility for $3.6bn in one of P&G’s top five markets. Patricia currently also serves on several Boards, including Domino’s and Virtue Labs, and is an advisor to Acreage Holdings.

Lawrence (Larry) Peiros

Former COO, The Clorox Company

Larry is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Clorox Company, where he served for 32 years from 1980 to 2012 and held the COO role from 2007 to 2012. In addition to wielding overall responsibility for Clorox’s businesses, Larry also oversaw the Marketing, Sales, Research & Development and Product Supply functions, as well as Clorox’s Eco Office. Prior to his role as COO, Larry served as Group Vice President of the company’s Household Group from 1999 to 2007 and had overall responsibility for its U.S. Laundry and Home Care, Auto Care and Brita® water-filtration products businesses, as well as Clorox Canada. Larry currently serves as a Director on the boards of Ross Stores and Potlatch Corporation.

Jody Pinson

Former Vice President, Head Beauty & Pet Care, Walmart

Jody Pinson is the former Vice President, Head of Beauty for Walmart US. She was responsible for developing merchandising strategies, managing supplier relationships, operational alignment for 4,500 stores, and overseeing a team of buyers. Prior to this role, Jody was Vice President, Head of Pet Care, responsible for leading the Walmart US Merchandising Pet Strategy and a team of buyers. She has also held buying roles in Sporting Goods and the Stationery categories, as well as Store Management roles in operations. She originally joined Walmart in April of 1990, having a total of 28 years of service. Jody currently serves on the board at Milani Cosmetics, a Gryphon portfolio company.

George Riedl

Former Executive Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising, Walgreens

George Riedl is President of Advanced Marketing & Sales, a marketing, sales and consultancy agency that represents brand and private brand consumer products manufacturers to Walgreens. Previously, George spent 27 years with Walgreens. He served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising, overseeing all supplier negotiations, procurement, promotional planning, product marketing, and store merchandising for the entire $63 billion retail chain, including pharmacy, health and wellness, cosmetics, fashion, personal care, consumables, electronics, seasonal, sundries, private brands, and photofinishing. George also served as Senior Vice President of Pharmacy Innovation and Purchasing at Walgreens, overseeing enterprise-wide procurement of more than $30 billion of pharmaceuticals as well as all pharmacy innovation (retail and mail).

George Roeth

Former President and CEO, Central Garden & Pet

George led Central Garden & Pet as the President and CEO from 2016-2019, having been on the Board of Directors since 2015. Prior to joining Central Garden & Pet, George held various positions at The Clorox Company. During his twenty-seven year career at Clorox, George progressed through multiple positions, including Vice President of Growth and Marketing, Senior Vice President and General Manager, and most recently as Chief Operating Officer of Lifestyle, Household and Global Operating Functions.

George currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Oil-Dri Corporation of America and of the East Oakland Youth Development Foundation.

Marc Rovner

Former CEO, Matrixx Initiatives

Marc is the former CEO of Matrixx Initiatives, a former Gryphon portfolio company offering over-the-counter cold and allergy relief products under the ZICAM brand. Under Marc’s leadership, Matrixx grew market share, expanded distribution, and successfully launched innovation, leading to a strategic exit to Church & Dwight. Prior to Matrixx, Marc spent 8 years at Boehringer Ingelheim, where he was responsible for the the U.S. Consumer Healthcare business as General Manager from 2012 to 2016. Previously, Marc worked across the Consumer Health industry with roles as the Managing Director at SmartAnalyst; Vice President Global New Markets at Pfizer; and Vice President, Oral Care at Warner Lambert. Marc currently serves on the board of Repipe Specialists, a Gryphon portfolio company.

Chris Shimojima

Former Vice President, Global Digital Commerce, Nike

Chris is the former CEO of Provide Commerce, a leading online provider of gifts such as flowers, chocolates and jewelry. Previously, Chris served as the Vice President, Global Digital Commerce of Nike. In this position, Chris oversaw the direct-to-consumer ecommerce businesses globally for the Nike Brand, Cole-Haan, Converse, and Hurley. Chris joined Nike from Sears where he served as the Vice President / General Manager of their direct-to-customer businesses that included Sears.com, Kmart.com, Kenmore.com, and a portfolio of specialty catalogs. Chris spent the first third of his professional career practicing classical brand management with companies like Tambrands, Nestlé and Pepsi-Cola. Chris currently serves on the board of two Gryphon portfolio companies, Metagenics and Milani Cosmetics, as well as on the board of Implus and Kirkland’s.

Michelle Taylor

Former CEO, Kate Somerville Skincare

Michelle is the former CEO of Kate Somerville, a leading skincare brand acquired by Unilever in 2015. Previously, Michelle served as Senior Operating Partner at JH Partners where she oversaw the firm’s beauty and personal care investments. Michelle joined JH Partners from Gunthy Renker where she served as Senior Vice President and was responsible for new product development. Michelle also served as President of Kiehl’s Since 1851, acquired by L’Oréal in 2000. Additional previous roles include Senior Vice President, Marketing, Lancôme and Senior Vice President and General Manager, Frederic Fekkai, Chanel. Michelle currently serves on the board at Gryphon portfolio companies RoC Skincare, Revision-Goodier, and Milani Cosmetics.

Dan Cave

Former CEO and President of Envolve Peoplecare (a division of Centene Corporation)

Dan is the former CEO & President of Envolve Peoplecare, a national consumer-focused specialty health services company owned by Centene Corporation. He has over 35 years of experience with health services businesses, serving in CEO positions for more than 25 of those years for startup/early stage and mid-size companies as well as large corporate business units. Prior to his role at Envolve, Dan served as CEO & President of Nurtur Health, CEO & President of Cardium Health Services, COO of CIGNA Pharmacy Management, and President of Specialty Companies at Prudential Healthcare, in addition to other roles. Dan is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Gryphon portfolio company LEARN Behavioral, and works with the Gryphon team to evaluate opportunities in payor services, behavioral healthcare and healthcare IT in addition to other areas of focus.

Dan Greenleaf

Former CEO, BioScrip

Dan has over two decades of experience in senior leadership positions across the healthcare industry and most recently served as President and CEO of Modivcare, a healthcare services company that provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), personal care, nutritious meals, and remote patient monitoring. Prior to Modivcare, he served as Chairman and CEO of BioScrip, President and CEO of Coram Specialty Infusion Services, and Chief Operating Officer for Apria Healthcare. Under Dan’s leadership, Coram grew its revenue organically from $600 million to $1.2 billion and increased earnings by more than 250%, resulting in an increase in enterprise value from $350 million to over $2.0 billion. Prior to joining Apria/Coram, Dan served as President and Chief Executive Officer for VioQuest Pharmaceuticals, a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company. Additionally, Dan has held senior leadership roles at Celltech Biopharmaceuticals, Nabi Pharmaceuticals, and Schering-Plough Corporation. Dan serves on the University of Miami’s Health Sector Management Policy Board, Denison University’s Board of Advisors, Rotech Healthcare’s Board, and is a past board member for the National Home Infusion Association. Dan holds a M.B.A. in Health Administration from the University of Miami and a B.A. in Economics from Denison University. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served in Operation Desert Storm.

Bill Lamoreaux

SVP of Network Strategy, Aetna

Bill has more than 30 years of experience in managed care and is the Senior Vice President of Network Strategy at Aetna. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President of CareMax, a technology-enabled care platform providing value-based care and chronic disease management to seniors. Prior to the merger of CareMax and IMC Health, Bill was the CEO of IMC Health where he focused on improving the financial performance of Medicare and Medicaid programs, developing innovative technology and administrative cost containment approaches, instituting new care coordination models that benefit plan and provider, and establishing retail health care models. Earlier in his career, Bill was CEO of EmblemHealth’s Strategic Services Division, EVP/COO of EmblemHealth, COO/Chief Transition Officer of HealthNet, and others. As a member of the Gryphon Payor Advisory Council (GPAC), Bill assists the team in evaluating opportunities in the payor services sector. He holds a B.S. in Health Administration from Ithaca college and earned his M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Rene Lerer has more than 30 years of experience in executive management with leading, national healthcare organizations. Rene is currently the CEO of Longevity Health Plan which addresses unmet needs of the institutionalized Medicare Advantage members who reside in nursing homes through a more person-centric model of care that improves coordination of care and reduces avoidable hospitalizations for members placed in the institutional setting. Prior to Longevity, Rene was the President of Florida Blue, an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, serving residents and businesses in the state of Florida. Before joining Florida Blue, he was the Chairman and CEO of Magellan Health Services, a multi-billion, Nasdaq-listed specialty healthcare management company focused on behavioral health, pharmacy, and other complex areas of healthcare. Earlier in his career he held positions as co-founder and President of Internet HealthCare Group, a healthcare technology venture fund; Chief Operating Officer of Prudential Healthcare; and President of The Travelers Health Network. As a member of the Gryphon Payor Advisory Council (GPAC), Rene assists the team in evaluating opportunities in the payor services sector.

Tim Martin

Former Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Ambulatory Services of America (“ASA”)

Tim is an experienced healthcare services executive who was the founder and CEO of Ambulatory Services of America, a diversified health care services company that provides alternate-site health care services to patients, primarily cardiovascular services, radiation oncology and dialysis services, in partnership with physicians. In his seven-year tenure at Ambulatory Services of America, Tim grew the business to nearly $400mm of revenue and sold the business to U.S. Renal Care in 2013. Prior to Ambulatory Services of America, Tim was the EVP and COO at Renal Care Group, a publicly traded specialized dialysis services company that provided care to patients with kidney disease through 550 locations and 400 acute care contracts. Tim is currently the Executive Chairman of Gryphon portfolio company Heartland Veterinary Partners, and works with the Gryphon team to evaluate opportunities in multi-site healthcare services. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Taylor University and an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Business Management.

Jay Martus

Former Chief Revenue and Risk Officer, Envision Healthcare

Jay Martus most recently served as Chief Revenue and Risk Officer at Envision Healthcare where he led managed care, enterprise risk management, captive insurance company, and facility contracting. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President at Sheridan Healthcare, where, for 25 years, he grew Sheridan from a small regional provider to one of the largest hospital-based physician services companies in the nation. Mr. Martus is a nationally recognized healthcare leader, lecturer, and editor, and a leading-edge managed care negotiator and M&A dealmaker. Mr. Martus earned his J.D. from the University of Miami’s School of Law (summa cum laude) and graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a B.A. in Economics.

Stephen Newman, MD

Former Vice Chairman and COO, Tenet Healthcare Corporation

Dr. Newman has over 20 years of executive experience within the health care service industry. He most recently retired as Vice Chairman of Tenet Healthcare, a health care services company operating over 50 hospitals and 117 outpatient centers across 11 states. Prior to becoming the Vice Chairman, Dr. Newman was the COO of Tenet, and was instrumental in executing a significant turnaround of the company’s financial and operating performance. Dr. Newman is currently on the Board of Directors of three publicly traded healthcare companies: Optimer Pharmaceuticals, Hansen Medical and Cadence Pharmaceuticals. His extensive background and experience with a large health care delivery system allows Dr. Newman to assist the Gryphon team in evaluating opportunities in the key focus sectors of multi-site services and outsourced hospital services.

Pamela Pure

Former President and CTO of McKesson Provider Technologies

Pam is an experienced healthcare IT and healthcare services executive and the former President of McKesson Provider Technologies, the software development division of McKesson. In her eight-year tenure at McKesson Provider Technologies, Pam also held the titles of COO and Group President and Chief Technology Officer. Pam was also CEO of HealthMEDX, a leading developer of EMR solutions, COO of ChannelHealth by Allscripts, Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Initiatives at IDX Systems, and Manager of Corporate Marketing and Communications at Shared Medical Systems. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Pam assists the Gryphon team in evaluating opportunities in healthcare IT. She holds a B.S. in Public Health from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jerry Rhodes

Former CEO, CRC Health Group

Jerry Rhodes has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and over 25 years in behavioral healthcare. Jerry is currently serving as CEO of Dental Care Alliance, one of the country’s largest dental support organizations, with more than 320 affiliated dental practices in 20 states. Prior to Dental Care Alliance, he was named CEO of CRC after joining the company in 2003 and serving as both President of the highly successful Recovery Division and later COO. Prior to joining CRC, Jerry was the Chief Executive Officer for Comprehensive Addictions Programs Inc. (CAPs) for ten years. CAPs was a privately held company backed by several private equity investors that, under Rhodes’ leadership, became a national, full-service addiction treatment provider of both residential and opiate treatment. The company was acquired by CRC in February 2003. Prior to his CEO role at CAPS, Rhodes was the Vice President of Operations for two years and the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for two years. Before joining CAPS, Rhodes was the Director of Development for Beverly Enterprises, the nation’s largest publicly held nursing home company, for four years. Jerry was responsible for all new facility projects and developed over 40 facilities and the acquisition of another 50 facilities. Prior to this position, he was the Chief Development Consultant with Wilmot Bower & Associates, a nationally renowned Architectural and Development firm specializing in healthcare facilities. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems, National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers and is a recipient of the prestigious Nyswander Dole Award from American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence in 2012. He serves on the board of several companies engaged in behavioral health and long-term care.

Greg Scott

Current Executive Chairman at Adeptus Health; Former CEO of APS; Former CFO of PacifiCare Health Systems

Greg is currently Executive Chairman at Adeptus Health, a leading patient-centered healthcare organization expanding access to the highest quality emergency medical care through its network of freestanding emergency rooms and partnerships with premier healthcare providers. Prior to Adeptus, Greg was CEO of APS Healthcare, a specialty healthcare services provider to Medicaid agencies, that was acquired by Universal American.  Prior to APS, Greg served as CFO at multiple corporations, including PacifiCare Health Systems, Medsite and Prudential Healthcare. Greg works with the Gryphon team to evaluate payor services opportunities in addition to other areas of focus.

Adam Singer

Former CEO, IPC Healthcare, Inc.

Adam has been a highly successful physician and healthcare entrepreneur. In 1991, he had been a pulmonologist in private practice when he acquired and later merged with two other pulmonary physicians’ practices to become part of Consultants For Lung Disease, Inc. By 1995, he served as a director, chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and later as Chief Medical Officer of North Hollywood, California-based IPC Healthcare Inc., previously known as IPC-The Hospitalist Co. In 1998, Dr. Singer was named an Up & Comer by Modern Healthcare. In 2008, Dr. Singer was named Modern Physician’s first-ever Physician Entrepreneur of the Year, and in 2009, he was recognized as the Regional Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Dr. Singer received his B.S. in biology from the University of California, Los Angeles and his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University. He completed his post-doctoral internship and residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in pulmonary medicine at University of Southern California. He currently sits on the Boards of two companies: MDVIP, which develops concierge medical practices for over 900 physicians, and OB Hospitalist Group, which provides expert inpatient Obstetrical care in over 120 facilities.

Tom Tran

Former CFO, Molina Healthcare

Tom has more than 35 years of experience in healthcare and most recently was the CFO of Molina Healthcare, a Fortune 500 Company providing managed healthcare services under the Medicaid and Medicare programs and through state insurance marketplaces. Prior to Molina, he was the CFO and COO of Sentry Data Systems where he oversaw finance, human resources, compliance, technology, and operations. Before joining Sentry, Tom was CFO of WellCare Health Plans, a Fortune 500 company that provides managed care services for government sponsored health care programs. Earlier in his career, he was CFO of United Health Group’s Uniprise Division, CFO of ConnectiCare, CFO of BSBS Massachusetts, and VP of Finance for Cigna HealthCare. As a member of the Gryphon Payor Advisory Council (GPAC), Tom assists the team in evaluating opportunities in the payor services sector.

Steven Breitzka

Former Vice President, Group Executive, Danaher Corporation

Steve spent more than a decade as President and Group Executive of multiple divisions at Danaher Corporation. While at Danaher, Steve spearheaded the creation of Apex Tool, a $1.5bn revenue tools business formed via a JV between Danaher and Cooper Industries. As CEO of Apex Tool through 2014, Steve integrated and synergistically grew the businesses contributed by both companies. The business was acquired by Bain Capital in 2013. Most recently, Steve spent a year with Colfax Corporation to help transition the leadership team of its ESAB division. During his one year assisting Colfax, Steve help increase ESAB’s worldwide share in a declining market, improved on-time delivery performance, and helped on-board the new leader for the business. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Steve assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the specialty tools, test and measurement and sensors and controls industries, among others.

Kenneth Brown (“KB”)

Former Group President, Roper Technologies

KB brings deep knowledge and experience in the test, measurement and process control sector having spent 35+ years in the industry. Most recently, he served as Group President at Roper Technologies from 2013-2019 where he oversaw six group of companies totaling ~$250 million in revenue, 32%+ EBITDA. Prior to the Group President role, KB served as President at Dynisco, a Roper company focusing on material analysis equipment and specialty pressure sensors, from 2007-2012, Under KB’s leadership, Dynisco grew 25% in revenue, 40% in operating profit and 32% in EBITDA by 2012. Prior to Dynisco, KB was the VP of Measurement Instrumentation & Global Supply Chain leader at Invensys (now Schneider Electric) where he managed over 1,700 employees. KB’s diverse experience across leading test, measurement and process control companies is a key asset to Gryphon’s Industrial Growth Group.

John Conover

Former President, Trane

John spent 40 years in the building products industry, starting his career as a sales engineer in the Trane business before rising through the ranks to lead Trane’s Americas-based commercial systems organization. John led a business transformation within Trane, moving the organization from a product-driven company to a solutions business by combining HVAC systems, controls, service and contracting. After Trane’s acquisition by Ingersoll Rand in 2007, John became Sector President of Security Technologies. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, John assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the HVAC and building automation industries, among others.

Scott Farmer

Former Chief Procurement Officer, Berry Global

Scott is a proven Senior Executive with 30+ years of experience in the Packaging
Industry. He is a result driven executive that has led transformation. Scott managed
spend upwards of $8B across 260 facilities and built the purchasing strategy while the
company grew from $250MM in revenue to $13B today. He was part of the management
team that took the company public in 2012. He has extensive experience in M&A having
completed over 60 deals beginning with due diligence through to their successful
integration. Prior to Berry Global, Scott held increasing roles in Supply Chain with
Fortune 500 companies including, Hewlett Packard, Honda, Bristol-Myers Squibb and
L’Oreal. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Scott assists Gryphon in
evaluating new opportunities and managing Supply Chain and Sourcing initiatives
across the portfolio companies. He currently sits on the boards of Vivify and Techmer

Alan Gershenhorn

Former Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, UPS

Alan is an accomplished C-suite leader and public and PE backed board director and
advisor with deep experience in a broad range of logistics, log-tech and other industrial
enterprises. He retired from UPS in June 2018 after 39 years. Alan served in many roles
of increasing responsibility throughout his UPS career before joining the UPS
Management Committee in 2007, the executive board of UPS. As a member of the UPS
Management Committee, for 11 years, Alan held various positions including SVP and
President of UPS International (a $10.3B business unit at the time), SVP Global Sales
and Marketing and also as the first EVP and Chief Commercial Officer of the company.
He led several strategic initiatives and significant acquisitions, joint ventures and
strategic enterprise fund investments including Coyote Logistics, the largest acquisition
in UPS history and the joint venture with SF Express, the China domestic express
market leader.

Mark Levy

Former President and CEO, Honeywell Life Safety

Mark Levy brings over 35 years of experience in the fire safety and security industry, most recently serving as President and CEO of Honeywell Life Safety. Under Mark’s leadership, Honeywell’s Life Safety business grew from $350 million to nearly $4 billion with a focus on innovation, long standing customer relationships, manufacturing excellence and strategic acquisitions. Mark started his career at Fire-Lite, a $500k revenue family-owned fire alarm business in Connecticut, which he grew to $50 million before selling to Pittway Corporation, and then subsequently grew to $350 million before selling to Honeywell. Mark remained president of Fire-Lite Alarms, Inc., and in 1987 was additionally named president of NOTIFIER, also acquired by Pittway. Mark’s accomplishments have been recognized with the prestigious Honeywell Hero Award in 2001, the top Honeywell Senior Leadership Award in 2004, and as an inaugural inductee into the Security Industry Hall of Fame by Security Sales Magazine. He has served on the Board of Directors of the University of New Haven and Latricrete International, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Easter Seals/Goodwill Industries. Mr. Levy currently sits on the boards of Potter Electric Signal Co., Sciens Building Solutions, and Laticrete International.

John McDermott

Former Senior Vice-President and Officer, Rockwell Automation

John spent 39 years in the industrial automation and information industry with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. Most recently, he was responsible for the company's global customer experience. John and his leadership team maximized Rockwell Automation revenue growth by matching customers’ needs to the company’s capabilities through valued relationships. Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) is the company’s customer-facing organization, bringing together global Sales regions, Global Accounts, Channels, Marketing, Pricing and Customer Care organizations. Previous to that, John held many roles of increasing responsibility throughout the businesses, including vice-president of regional commercial operations, divisional vice president and general manager, and multiple senior vice-president roles with business segment responsibilities across products, software, services and turn-key solutions. John currently sits on the board of Vessco Holdings and McNaughton-McKay.

Jim McGivern

Former CEO, SIGMA Corporation

Jim is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the Water and Wastewater Industry. Jim currently serves as Executive Board Chair for two market leading companies in the space, Vessco Holdings, the nation’s largest value-added distributor of process and flow control products and Newterra, a manufacturer of innovative treatment solutions for industrial and municipal customers. Previously, Jim was CEO of SIGMA Corporation and under his leadership, SIGMA has become a market leader in the manufacture and distribution of water and wastewater infrastructure products. Prior to that Jim was CEO of the Elster Group, the worlds largest metering company and COO of American Water the nations largest water service provider. Additionally, Jim currently serves on two further Boards which bring creative technologies to the industry. They are RedZone Robotics which uses robotic technology to survey buried infrastructure and complete condition assessments and EnviroMix, an innovative wastewater treatment company.

Lee Powell

Former Segment President, SPX Corporation

As the former President of Industrial Products at SPX Corporation, Lee oversaw a group with ~$1.2 billion of revenue that produced highly engineered products to a variety of end markets. As leader of this group, Lee managed a portfolio of 12 businesses, including selling two of the units and constructing growth platforms for the others. Lee was also responsible for integrating the cultures of these separate business units into the broader group. Prior to SPX, Lee was the President of Invensys Controls, a 26-location division of Invensys with 7,800 employees. Under Lee’s management, the size of the business doubled through customer acquisition and product line expansion.

Steven Rucinski

Former Executive Vice President of International Sales, Fastenal

Starting his career as a sales associate at Fastenal Company – Eau Claire, WI. Over the course of his career, he rose through the ranks to eventually lead the Company’s International Division, opening and leading operations in 23 countries across the globe as the Executive V-P, a direct report to the CEO. Throughout his career, Steve was a major contributor to the transformation of not only Fastenal but the Industrial Distribution industry, moving FASTENAL’s VMI systems to an industry leading position. The rise of Vendor Managed Inventory Systems including pioneering the Vending Solutions System Fastenal Developed and deployed for both the US and International markets, remains of strategic importance within the industry as a whole and Fastenal in particular. Since joining Gryphon as a member of the Gryphon Executive Advisory Board, Steve has assisted with evaluation and development of many opportunity’s leading to ownership of numerous opportunities in multiple Gryphon market segments today.

Rob Salek

Former CEO, Consolidated Fire Protection

Rob Salek brings extensive experience in the fire and life-safety sector having spent multiple decades in the sector in various roles. In 2006, Mr. Salek took over as the CEO of Consolidated Fire Protection (CFP), a Gryphon III portfolio company. From to 2006 to 2009, the company doubled its revenue and CFP was ultimately acquired by Minimax Global. Impressed by his executive leadership and deep industry knowledge, Minimax retained him as a Managing Director in their Asia division in 2009, advising the new CEO of U.S. Affairs and playing a key role in all acquisition activities throughout the world. Prior to this, Mr. Salek managed the Asian sector of an $11 billion global enterprise at Tyco International as the VP for Asia. Based in Singapore, Rob led the acquisitions team in increasing the sector’s revenue by 500%, rapidly acquiring and growing business from Southeastern Asia into China, Japan, and Korea. Mr. Salek began his career as a designer for a fire protection company, and quickly ascended the ranks due to an unrelenting work ethic, exceptional business acumen, and interpersonal savvy that enable him to work effectively with a diverse group of people.

Mark Stonacek

President, North America, Cargill Grain and Oilseeds

Mark spent 35+ years in the food processing and agribusiness industry and is an experienced global agribusiness executive. Mark has a strong track record of successfully leading highly competitive and profitable businesses in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico within the global international commodity trading and processing markets. He started his career as a trading manager in Cargill before rising through the ranks to lead Cargill as the CFO of Cargill Agricultural Supply Chain and prior to that, as President of Cargill’s Grain and Oilseeds North America Division. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Mark assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the food processing and agribusiness industries, among others.

Mark Throdahl

Senior Vice President, Becton, Dickinson & Company

Mark spent 45+ years in the medical devices, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical industry and is a seasoned medical technology executive with experience leading >$1bn global enterprises as well as smaller, growing companies. He currently serves as the Executive Chairman of OrthoPediatrics. Prior to OrthoPediatrics, Mark served as Group President of Zimmer and Chief Executive of Consort Medical plc in London. He also served as Senior Vice President at Becton Dickinson & Co., and President of Nippon Becton Dickinson in Tokyo. He began his career at Mallinckrodt Group. Mark is a graduate of Princeton University and has an MBA from Harvard University. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Mark assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing investments in the medical device and diagnostics industries, among others.

Clayton Tychkowsky

Former President, Eaton Cooper Power Systems

Clayton retired after 32 successful years with Eaton Corporation plc, having served in multiple executive roles in Europe and N. America. In 2018 he stepped out of retirement temporarily to assume CEO responsibilities at Signicast Investment Castings located in Hartford, WI USA, where he assisted the business through two acquisitions and expansion into Europe. Clayton began his career in 1985 when he joined the Westinghouse DCBU business. Soon after Westinghouse assigned him to a field-based application engineer role where he collaborated with various customers in the Oil & Gas industry & assisted engineering consulting firms. Following Eaton’s acquisition of Westinghouse DCBU, he held multiple leadership roles in Canada, Europe, and the United States. Throughout his career, he has held full P&L responsibility for the businesses led with leadership responsibility for all functional aspects of the business – Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc. Clayton now lives in Canada, but he continues to offer his expertise to others.

Kirk Bowman

Venture Partner, Accel Partners

Kirk is a Lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he teaches a course in sales organization and strategy. He currently serves on the board of various venture and private equity backed companies, including Appfire (Atlassian applications), Digicert (identity and encryption security), RegEd (financial services risk and compliance management), Ncontracts (financial services risk and compliance management), SiFive (semiconductor IP), Transposit (IT service management). Kirk was previously on the board of Atlassian and Nimble storage, among others. Kirk has held executive sales and general management positions at Equallogic (acquired by Dell), VMware (acquired by EMC), Inktomi (Acquired by Yahoo), Model N (public company), Object Design (acquired by Progress Software), and Parametric Technology Corporation (public company). This diverse background has allowed Kirk to develop extensive industry experience with multiple technologies and associated sales strategies. Kirk received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University in 1987.

Frank Brienzi

Chief Executive Officer, ION

Frank has over a decade of executive leadership experience at financial software companies in addition to a 14-year tenure at Accenture, where he was a Global Managing Partner. He is currently the Executive Chair of RegEd, a Gryphon portfolio company that is a market-leading provider of regulatory technology solutions serving hundreds of enterprise clients. Prior to RegEd, Frank served as CEO at Allegro (commodity management software), which was acquired by Ion Group (trading and workflow automation for financial institutions, backed by Carlyle & TA). Frank also served as CSO & President at Misys (provider of financial operations software, which was merged with D+H to form Finastra backed by Vista Equity Partners) and President & General Manager of the Financial Services Global Business Unit at Oracle. Frank leverages his experience to help drive the product, go-to-market, customer, and broader competitive strategy at RegEd as well as advise private equity investors on the FinTech space.

Richard Campione

Chief Product Officer, Splunk

Richard has 35 years’ experience in the software industry working on business application and infrastructure problems, spanning On-Premise and SaaS models, with a focus on the market analysis to product development lifecycle, and the customer acquisition to customer success lifecycle. His experience working in large multi-national corporations, such as Splunk, Oracle, Siebel, and SAP, and smaller private companies, such as Findly, ViewStar, and KnowMedia, as well as his board level roles at companies like Mavenlink, Winshuttle, and ServiceSource, he has seen various approaches to scaling a business appropriate at different stages of maturity. He has served in roles ranging from chairman of the board, CEO, and chief product officer to head of global presales, international business development, and head of engineering and SaaS operations.

Mike Ehrenberg

Technical Fellow, Microsoft

Mike is a Microsoft Technical Fellow, in the Business Applications Group. Mike is the Chief Technology Officer for the Dynamics Product Group. Ehrenberg joined Microsoft in 2003, after 25 years of business application development across banking and brokerage transaction systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) for process manufacturing, and supplier relationship management (SRM) solutions. At Olivetti, he led the development of one of the first commercial banking systems for Windows. As CTO at Marcam, Ehrenberg drove the development of the first ERP product for Windows NT, deeply architected for the Microsoft platform. At Frictionless Commerce, he led development of one of the first complete SRM solutions deployable by design either on-premises or in the cloud. Mike currently sits on the Board of Directors at Rootstock Software, a manufacturing ERP software company. Ehrenberg and his family live in Seattle and love spending time cycling, skiing, and cheering on the Boston Red Sox.

Gab Goncalves

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, PeopleAnswers

Gab is a software entrepreneur / investor based in Dallas, Texas. He is currently the Managing Partner at Woodland Capital where he focuses on growth equity investments in exceptional enterprise software companies. He leverages his operating experience in growing software‐as‐a‐service (SaaS) companies to assist management teams in portfolio companies optimize go‐to‐market strategies, value propositions, sales and marketing teams, demand generation, customer retention, and product development capabilities. Gab previously served as Executive Chairman of FieldRoutes prior to its sale to ServiceTitan in 2022. In 2014 Gab successfully exited PeopleAnswers, a predictive analytics software company he started 13 years earlier. PeopleAnswers helps companies decrease employee turnover and increase employee performance by optimizing selection (hiring). The company experienced 40 consecutive quarters of revenue growth by helping retail, hospitality, hospitals, and many other types of organizations maximize employee performance. As a member of Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board, Gab assists Gryphon in evaluating and managing B2B SaaS investments in both the enterprise and SMB spaces.

Ed Ho

General Manager, Payments, D+H / Finastra

Edis a seasoned executive and investor with 35+ years of experience in financial services and 20+ years in financial software. He currently serves as the Chairman and Co-Founder of QuadraGen (early stage startup in commercial lending), Board Director TLG Acquisition One (SPAC listed on the NYSE), and Executive Advisor to Gryphon. Ed leverages his experience to help acquirers evaluate opportunities and navigate market niches within the FinTech ecosystem, as well as to better understand operational best-practices and dynamics between competing technological offerings.

Paul Margolis

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Marcam Corporation

Paul has more than 30 years of software executive and investor experience. Paul co-founded software leader Marcam Corporation and was its CEO for 15 years. During Paul's leadership, the firm grew from startup to over $200 million in revenues and more than 1,200 employees and went public. After Marcam, Paul co-founded Longworth Venture Partners, an early stage high tech venture firm. Longworth has invested in 60 software companies over 20 years. Paul has been a member of the board of directors of 25 software companies. Paul currently serves on the boards of Compeat, Digarc, Ncontracts, Rootstock and Meazure Learning and previously served on the board of FieldRoutes prior to its acquisition by ServiceTitan. Paul earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BA from Brown University.

He has broad marketing and general management experience in both the consumer products, Software and consumer service sectors. Most recently, Pearce became Lead Board Director at Ooma (NYSE) and Chairman of VC-backed RichRelevance.

Jeff Ralyea

Former CEO, AMT Direct

Jeff is the [current interim CEO and former] executive chairman of Rootstock Software, a current Gryphon portfolio company, and currently serves on the board of various privately held software businesses. Previously, Jeff served as the CEO of AMT Direct, a lease and accounting software for real estate professionals and lease administrators, from 2019 to 2021 and led AMT Direct to a sale to MRI backed by GI Partners. Prior to that, Jeff served as the President of the Manufacturing division of ECI Software Solutions, an provider of industry-specific ERP software solution for SMBs, from 2018 to 2019. Previously, he spent 3 years as the SVP of the Cloud Business Unit of Ellucian, a cloud-based software provider that helps higher education institutions create a connected campus. From 2010 to 2015, Jeff served as the Vice President of Corporate & Portfolio Marketing of SAP, a provider of global database technologies and ERP software to enterprises around the world.

Chris Sullens

Chief Executive Officer, CentralReach

Chris has over two decades of experience in executive leadership positions for both private equity backed scale ups and large, publicly traded enterprises. Chris currently serves as CEO of CentralReach, an Insight Partners-backed, behavioral health SaaS business that is the market leading EMR for providers who serve children with autism and related disorders. Prior to CentralReach, Chris spent over 10 years as President and CEO of WorkWave, a private equity backed SaaS platform that was a market leader in the field service and last mile logistics markets. Chris grew WorkWave by 10x during his tenure and sold it to IFS, an EQT-backed global leader in the ERP and field service software market in 2018. Prior to WorkWave, Chris held executive positions at Alcatel, ServiceMaster and OurHouse.com. Chris was named 2016 EY Entrepreneur of the Year in NJ for Software Services and won a gold Stevie award for People Focused CEO of the Year in both 2017 and 2019. Chris sits on the board of directors at CultureIQ and Contelligent and previously served on the board of FieldRoutes prior to its acquisition by ServiceTitan. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. with Honors in Finance, Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
