Andrew Ciuffetelli

Andrew joined Gryphon in 2025 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group and the Finance & Accounting team, where he helps portfolio companies implement best practices in finance, tax, accounting, information technology and regulatory compliance, with a focus on scalability, efficiency and control.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Andrew was a Managing Director at Brynwood Partners, where he was a member of the investment committee, served on the board of and supported the Finance, Accounting and IT functions of several portfolio companies. Before that, Andrew held senior leadership roles at The Duracell Company, a Berkshire Hathaway company. Andrew began his career at Procter & Gamble in various finance and commercial leadership positions, culminating in the carve out of the Duracell business from Procter & Gamble and sale to Berkshire Hathaway.
