Ashley Aronson

Ashley joined Gryphon in 2021 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group, where she focuses on the firm’s talent acquisition capabilities, both externally with portfolio companies and internally at Gryphon.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Ashley was at Russell Reynolds Associates in the firm’s Financial Services, Private Equity and Financial Officers practices. Previously, she was at Barclays Investment Bank in the West Coast Financial Sponsors and Western Region Coverage Group and at Lehman Brothers in the Global Real Estate Group.
