Chrissie Wachter

Chrissie joined Gryphon in 2020 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group and the Human Resources team, where she works with senior executives and teams within the Industrial Growth Group to lead, manage, and facilitate human capital, organizational development, leadership and team effectiveness initiatives.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Chrissie spent two decades at Danaher Corporation, where she was the global platform HR Executive for Sensors and Controls and Product Identification, responsible for more than 20 global operating companies. At Danaher she also developed and led leadership development programs for C-Suite Executives, high potentials, and front-line leaders. Prior to Danaher, Chrissie held various HR leadership roles at Saint–Gobain Performance Plastics, Premier Farnell and Aleris.
