Jarrod joined Gryphon in 2026 and is responsible for supporting capital formation initiatives and investor engagement efforts within Gryphon’s Fundraising and Investor Relations Group. Prior to Gryphon, Jarrod was an Associate at Athos Partners, a global placement agent, and also an Associate in Aksia’s private equity advising franchise.
