Kathy joined Gryphon in 2025 and is responsible for analyzing, executing and monitoring investments in Gryphon’s Heritage Group. Current Gryphon portfolio company involvement includes Double Wood Supplements.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Kathy was a Vice President with VMG Partners’ consumer investment team. Previously she was an Associate at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. Kathy started her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
