Nate joined Gryphon as an Operating Partner in 2026 and is the Co-Head of Gryphon’s Business Services Group. In his role, Nate works closely with the management teams of the group’s portfolio companies to maximize short- and long-term operating and financial performance. He also assists Gryphon deal teams in identifying, evaluating, and executing investments that align with Gryphon’s investment priorities.
Nate brings more than 30 years of global executive leadership experience across building technologies, aerospace, industrial, and power generation sectors. Over the course of his career, Nate has held multiple multi-billion-dollar P&L leadership roles at Johnson Controls, GE, and Eaton, with responsibility spanning strategy, commercial operations, engineering, manufacturing, field services, and enterprise operating systems. His experience includes leading large-scale integrations, driving operational turnarounds, and implementing global operating models to deliver sustainable growth and performance improvement.
