Pavan joined Gryphon in 2025 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resource Group and Head of the AI team, where he focuses on providing Gryphon and its portfolio companies optimal AI, automation and data-driven strategies to accelerate growth and unlock value.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Pavan was a Partner, Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at Cerberus. Pavan has been an early adopter and leader in the application of AI for more than two decades through his work as an Advisory Board Member at Menlo Ventures, the Chief Technology Officer and Chief AI Officer at Aramark, Chief Data Officer at IBM Watson, and several other roles. He founded and led six technology startups, successfully scaling three to exit. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at JP Morgan.
