Alison Minter

Alison joined Gryphon in 2025 and is a Partner in the Gryphon Heritage Group. She is responsible for originating, executing and managing investments across Heritage’s consumer sectors of focus. She currently serves on the board of Gryphon portfolio company Double Wood Supplements.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Alison was a Managing Partner at North Castle Partners, a small cap consumer focused private equity fund. Alison led and managed the firm’s investments in leading brands across a variety of branded consumer categories, including Health & Wellness, Food and Active Lifestyle. She currently serves on the board of BlueRoot Health, Genexa and Sparx Hockey. Previous investments include Atkins, Avalon Natural Products, Cascade Lacrosse, Contigo, Full Swing Golf, HydroMassage, Ibex, Leiner Health Products, Mack Weldon, Maya Kaimal, Octane Fitness, SmartyPants Vitamins, Therabody, and VitaCup, among others.
