Ben joined Gryphon in 2021 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group where he manages the reporting of investment performance and projects related to data analytics and strategy. Prior to assuming these responsibilities, Ben was a Senior Associate in Gryphon’s Consumer Group and was an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair.
