Blake Bonyko

Blake joined Gryphon in 2021 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group and the Finance & Accounting team, where he helps portfolio companies implement best practices in finance, tax, accounting, information technology and regulatory compliance, with a focus on scalability, efficiency and control.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Blake was a multi-time CFO, including at Colson Group Holdings LLC, where he helped combine multiple companies into One Colson and consolidated ERPs for North America. Previously, he led similar company integration projects at Generation Brands/Visual Comfort Lighting and Oshkosh Specialty Vehicles. Blake also worked at Middleby Corporation as Controller and at Price Waterhouse in audit.
