Brad Weston

Brad joined Gryphon in 2023 and is a member of Gryphon’s Management team, responsible for serving as Chief of Staff to the Gryphon Management Committee, supporting Gryphon’s Internal Human Capital Team and coaching Gryphon professionals.
Prior to joining Gryphon, he was at Nordic Naturals, where he supported the President in driving strategic initiatives throughout the organization. Previously, he was at BAWINTL, where he coached executives and athletes regarding the development and performance of their professional and personal lives.
