Charlie joined Gryphon in 2024 and is responsible for assisting with all aspects of Gryphon’s Junior Capital funds, including sourcing, analyzing, executing and monitoring investments.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Charlie was an Associate at BMO on their Sponsor Finance team.
