James joined Gryphon in 2023 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group, where he is responsible for enhancing Gryphon’s portfolio monitoring platform. James also supports the Finance and Accounting function including valuation work, financial analytics and analysis, and LP reporting.
Prior to joining Gryphon, James was at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he advised private equity firms and their portfolio companies with buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and analysis, as well as operational due diligence and structure analysis.
