Nicole Lentz
Managing Director
Nicole has worked with Gryphon since 2019 and joined the firm full time in 2023. She is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group and leads the Organizational Development (OD) Team. She works with the management of Gryphon’s portfolio companies to improve individual and business performance through development of critical leadership capabilities, increased team effectiveness, and culture building initiatives.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Nicole served as the Co-Founder of Magnet Consulting where she provided OD consulting, employee assessment and selection, talent management, and executive coaching. Previously, she served as Operations Manager for Bright Automotive and was a Consultant at Development Dimensions International. Nicole started her career as an Operations Manager at Aon Consulting.
