Managing Director
Felix joined Gryphon in 2004 and is a member of Gryphon’s Industrial Growth Group. He is responsible for originating, analyzing, and executing investments. Felix is focused on new investment platforms in the Industrials sector, including within the Niche Manufacturing, Value–Added Distribution, Industrial Technology and Niche Specialty Chemicals. Current Gryphon portfolio company board appointments include Transportation Insight and Vessco Water. Felix previously served on the boards of Envision, Pacur LLC, Potter Global Technologies and Washing Systems, in addition to supporting Gryphon’s earlier investments in Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers and Amport Foods, one of the predecessor companies of Flagstone Foods. Felix also supported the Heritage Fund’s acquisition of Heritage Distribution Holdings and Thermal Technology Distribution Solutions.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Felix worked at Arlington Capital Partners and was an Investment Banker with Salomon Smith Barney’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Leveraged Finance groups.
