Jason Crichfield
Co-CFO & Managing Director
Jason joined Gryphon in 2025 and is Co-CFO and Managing Director of Gryphon. In his role, Jason oversees Gryphon’s finance, accounting and tax activities.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Jason was the Senior Vice President Global Controller for Vista Equity Partners, a global software and technology investment firm. Previously, Jason was the Vice President Controller for BRE Properties, a publicly traded multifamily REIT. Jason began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young LLP.
