Robb Crow

Robb joined Gryphon in 2018 and is a member of Gryphon’s Heritage Fund. He is responsible for analyzing, executing and monitoring investments and is currently focused on new investments in the Business Services, Industrial Growth and Consumer sectors. Prior to his current role, Robb was an Associate on Gryphon’s Business Services team. Current Gryphon portfolio company involvement includes HEPACO and Kano Laboratories. Robb supported Gryphon’s prior investments in Heritage Distribution Holdings (which consisted of HVAC distribution businesses Wittichen Supply, Ed’s Supply and Benoist Brothers), as well as DLC Group, Orchid Underwriters, Repipe Specialists and Shermco.
Before joining Gryphon, Robb was an Associate at Kinderhook Industries. He started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at XMS Capital Partners.
