Jennifer Haas

Jennifer Haas first joined Gryphon in 2016 and is currently a Partner and Co-Head of the Fundraising and Investor Relations Group. Jennifer served as Gryphon’s Chief Operating Officer from 2016 until August 2022 and was a member of Gryphon’s Management and Investment Review Committees and had responsibility for multiple functions within Gryphon, including fundraising, talent acquisition, business development, internal human capital and administration. She stepped away from her role in 2022 to spend more time with her young family and rejoined the firm as a Partner in 2025 after having served as a Special Advisor to Gryphon since 2024.  In her current role, Jennifer is responsible for leading and scaling Gryphon’s Fundraising and Investor Relations capabilities.

Prior to joining Gryphon, Jennifer spent 11 years at Partners Group, where she was a Managing Director co-heading North American Fund and LP Co-Investments and where she also headed the 30+ person San Francisco office.  Previously, she was an Associate with Horsley Bridge Partners, where she was responsible for underwriting Fund investments across North America, Europe and Israel. Jennifer started her career in investment banking at Prudential Securities within the Vector Healthcare Group.
