Jill Pergande

Jill joined Gryphon in 2022 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group and the Human Resources team, where she partners with Gryphon Operating Partners, CEOs and CHROs within Gryphon’s Consumer Group, Healthcare Group and Heritage Fund portfolios to build strong human resources capabilities.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Jill was at Sanra Cruz Nutritionals, where she designed and executed an HR plan and resolved issues in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits and leadership development. Previously, she was at Avery Dennison Corporation, where she led the HR function across multiple business units and geographies, achieving record engagement levels and receiving “Best Place to Work” designation in multiple countries in Asia and South America. Jill also led HR functions for Nuvelo Inc, a biotech startup, Chiron Corporation and Baxter Healthcare.
