Jillian joined Gryphon in 2025 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group and the Human Capital Due Diligence Group, where she provides support for the human capital due diligence activities for new platform investments across the firm’s seven industry groups.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Jillian was an ESG Research Analyst on the Investment Team at Jackson Square Partners. Previously she worked in Investor Relations at Urstadt Biddle Properties, and as a Capital Markets Intelligence Analyst at Thomson Reuters.
