Karolina Povedych
Principal
Karolina joined Gryphon in 2020 and is a Principal in the firm’s Technology Solutions and Services Group. She is responsible for originating, evaluating, executing, and managing investments at the intersection of technology and services, including enterprise AI deployment and AI-enabled services. Karolina currently works with HRSoft, Rootstock, and Meazure Learning and was previously involved with FieldRoutes and Ncontracts.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Karolina was an Associate on the Enterprise Technology and Services team at FTV Capital. Previously, she worked in investment banking in Lazard’s Technology M&A Group and Deutsche Bank’s Industrials Group.
