John joined Gryphon in 2013 and was responsible for due diligence of potential new portfolio companies and the underwriting and professionalization of the finance and accounting groups, processes, procedures and IT systems of Gryphon portfolio companies. He previously held Chairman or Director roles with ECG Management Consultants, Jensen Hughes, K&N Engineering, Orchid Underwriters, SynteractHCR and Trinity Consultants. John also served on the investment review committee and assisted Gryphon deal teams in evaluating prospective investments.
