Karolina joined Gryphon in 2020 and is a member of Gryphon’s Software Group. She is responsible for analyzing, executing and monitoring investments and is currently focused on new platform investments across Supply Chain, Transportation & Logistics, Construction, Field Service Management, Industrial & Manufacturing and Human Capital Management software. Current Gryphon portfolio company involvement includes Meazure Learning and Rootstock. Karolina was previously involved with FieldRoutes and Ncontracts.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Karolina was an Associate on the Enterprise Technology & Services Team at FTV Capital and was an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard. She started her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank.
