Krutarth joined Gryphon in 2021 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group and the Due Diligence team, where he focuses on diligence processes for prospective platform transactions, from initial diligence through post–closing initiatives.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Kru was at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he advised strategic and private equity buyers/sellers across transactions with enterprise values ranging from $40 million–$16 billion.
