Marcelo Silva

Marcelo joined Gryphon in 2021 and is a member of Gryphon’s Industrial Growth Group. He is responsible for originating, executing and managing investments and is currently focused on new investments in Specialty Distribution, Infrastructure & Utility Products, and Transportation & Logistics. Marcelo currently serves on the board of Vessco Water and is actively involved in supporting Gryphon’s investment in Transportation Insight/NTG.

Prior to joining Gryphon, Marcelo was a Principal at Apax Partners, where he originated, executed and managed investments in business and industrial services, value-added distribution, route-based logistics and industrial technology . Previously, he was an Associate Consultant at Advisia OC&C Management Consulting. Marcelo started his career as an Analyst at Ericsson.
