Myranda Grahek
Managing Director
Myranda joined Gryphon in 2025. She is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group and leads the Organizational Development (OD) Team. She works with the management of Gryphon’s portfolio companies to improve individual and business performance through development of critical leadership capabilities, increased team effectiveness, and culture building initiatives.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Myranda was a Director at Young Samual Chambers Ltd, a part of Accenture’s Leadership & Culture practice, where she primarily worked with private equity firms and their portfolio companies on executive assessment, coaching, and team effectiveness.
Previously, she served as President of Leadership Worth Following, overseeing operations, product development, and delivery teams along with serving as an Executive Consultant in leadership assessment, coaching, and development.
