Piers joined Gryphon in 2023 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resource Group and the IT Advisory Services team, where he focuses on providing Gryphon and its portfolio companies optimal IT strategies to support their core business transformation goals.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Piers was at Shermco, a Gryphon portfolio company, where he led all information technology management initiatives, including infrastructure, architecture, security and internal transformation efforts. Previously, he was the Global CIO at Fonterra, New Zealand’s largest company and foremost global producer of dairy and nutritional products, and held a variety of different functional positions over a 17-year career at Eli Lilly.
