Rasha joined Gryphon in 2022 as an Executive Assistant supporting the Human Capital Group. In her current role, Rasha manages complex calendaring and travel coordination, in addition to providing general day-to-day support and assisting with special firmwide projects as needed.
Prior to Gryphon, Rasha’s experience included:- Guggenheim Securities, Executive Associate, Investment Banking – Handled complex calendars, travel coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks for eight senior bankers, and supported the operations of two offices in the Bay Area.
- EFG Hermes Investment Banking, Senior Executive Support Manager – Handled complex calendars, travel coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks for six senior bankers and 10 mid-level bankers, and managed the team logistics for the IPO roadshows.
- Booz Allen Hamilton, Office Manager and Executive Assistant – Managed the operations of the company’s Cairo office and worked with the operations team to provide additional office support across the company’s Middle East offices. Handled complex calendars, travel coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks for a Managing Partner.
