Roger joined Gryphon in 2025 and is part of Gryphon’s Shared Services Group. Roger is responsible for overseeing Gryphon’s IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and information security. Prior to joining Gryphon, Roger was a Vice President of IT at Redpoint Ventures, an early and early-growth venture capital firm.
