Sandy McKinnon

Sandy joined Gryphon in 2019 and is a member of Gryphon’s Software Group. He is responsible for originating, executing and managing investments and is currently focused on new platform investments in software sectors such as Financial Services, Office of the CFO, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Real Estate, Education, Government, and Hospitality. He currently sits on the board of Gryphon portfolio company Rootstock. Sandy is also involved with Meazure Learning, and supported Gryphon’s prior investment in FieldRoutes and Ncontracts.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Sandy was a Vice President at Mainsail Partners, where he sourced, executed and managed control growth investments in B2B Software companies. Previously, Sandy was an Associate at Francisco Partners and started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Gleacher & Company.
