Scott Pitasky
Managing Director
Scott joined Gryphon in 2025 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group and the Human Resources team. He works with senior executives of portfolio companies within the Consumer and Software Groups to lead, manage and facilitate human capital, organizational and human resource effectiveness initiatives.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Scott was Chief People Officer for Unity Technologies. He has held similar roles at Amazon, Starbucks and Microsoft, working with a diversity of leadership teams and boards. Before “finding” Human Resources, Scott worked in finance, strategy consulting and in a family retail furniture business. He grew up in Philadelphia and has lived in Seattle with his family for over 25 years.
