Serinna joined Gryphon in 2022 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group and the Talent Acquisition team, where she works with the firm’s targeted network of strategic advisors and industry leaders on investment thesis development, market diligence and portfolio company board composition.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Serinna was at Spencer Stuart, where she conducted over 250 board director and executive searches as a core member of the firm’s board, consumer technology and financial services practices in San Francisco and Hong Kong. Previously, she was at the Hong Kong Business Environment Council, where she evaluated and advised blue-chip companies on their ESG and sustainability efforts.
