Shane Clarke
Vice President
Shane joined Gryphon in 2026 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resource Group and the IT Advisory Services team, where he focuses on providing Gryphon and its portfolio companies optimal IT strategies to support their core business transformation goals. Shane is also responsible for leading the firm’s business technology enablement strategy and execution. Prior to Gryphon, Shane was a Vice President of Technology at RWS (Regulated Industries).
