Vikram joined Gryphon as an Operating Partner in 2025 and is Co-Head of the Technology, Solutions & Services Group. In his role, Vikram works closely with the management teams of the group’s portfolio companies to maximize short and long-term operating and financial performance. He also assists Gryphon deal teams in identifying, evaluating and executing investments. Current Gryphon portfolio company boards include Caylent, phData and New Rocket.
Vikram has over 20 years of experience leading technology and innovation strategy for companies and holds multiple patents in artificial intelligence.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Apollo Private Equity, Operating Partner – led value creation from Data, Digital, and AI across portfolio companies as well as Co-led Apollo-wide AI strategy. Drove value across cloud companies including Yahoo, Cengage, Rackspace and several other portfolio companies.
- Genpact, Senior Vice President, Born-in-the-Cloud business – led a business focused on SaaS, Social commerce, Payments and Digital commerce. He also led go-to-market for Genpact’s digital transformation solutions business.
- RAGE Frameworks, Senior Vice President – Built Artificial Intelligence business from the ground up.
- Deloitte – held various leadership roles including building an advanced analytics products and services business.
