Vince joined Gryphon in 2015 and is a member of Gryphon’s Business Development Group where he focuses on originating new platform investments, sourcing add-on acquisitions for existing portfolio companies and managing the firm’s intermediary relationships. He is primarily focused on the Healthcare and Software sectors.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Vince was a Managing Director at MHT Midspan, where he originated and executed middle market M&A transactions across a wide range of industries. Previously, he worked at Harris Williams & Co., Thomas Weisel Partners, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.
