Saleem joined Gryphon in 2023 and is a member of Gryphon’s Due Diligence team. In his role, Saleem focuses on due diligence processes for prospective platform transactions, from initial diligence through post-closing initiatives, including portfolio company strategy and internal operations projects.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Saleem was an Associate at EY-Parthenon, where he conducted commercial due diligence and value creation projects mainly within the consumer and industrial sector.
