Amanda Kalin
Managing Director
Amanda joined Gryphon in 2019 as a Principal in Gryphon’s Business Services Group and is a founding member of Gryphon’s Heritage Fund Group. She is responsible for originating, executing and managing investments and is currently focused on new investments in the Consumer, Business Services and Industrial Growth sectors. Gryphon portfolio company board appointments include HEPACO, Kano Laboratories, Repipe Specialists and Shermco Industries.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Amanda held positions at H.I.G. Capital as an investor in the firm’s middle market buyout fund and at Salomon Smith Barney as part of its investment banking group.
