Clint Kadolph
Senior Vice President
Clint first joined Gryphon in 2016 and, after time away from the firm, returned in 2022 as a member of Gryphon’s Business Services Group. In his current role, he is responsible for analyzing, executing and monitoring investments and is currently focused on new investments in Technology Services, including Cloud Services, Digital Engineering, Managed Services Providers and Cybersecurity. Current Gryphon portfolio company involvement includes 3Cloud, Caylent and NewRocket. Earlier, Clint was a member of the Consumer Group, where he supported investments in Dessert Holdings, Matrixx Initiatives/ZICAM, Mechanix Wear, Milani Cosmetics and RoC Skincare.
Prior to re-joining Gryphon, Clint was a Senior Director of Corporate Development at GoPuff, an Investment Professional on the Direct Private Equity team at Partners Group and a Private Equity Investment Professional at GE Capital. He started his career in the GE Capital Financial Management Program.
