Clint Kadolph

Clint first joined Gryphon in 2016 and, after brief time away from the firm, returned in 2022 as a member of Gryphon’s Technology Solutions & Services Group. In his current role, he is responsible for analyzing, executing and monitoring investments and is currently focused on new investments in Technology Services, including Cloud Services, Digital Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services Providers. Clint currently sits on the board of Gryphon portfolio company Fortreum and is involved with Caylent, NewRocket and phData. He previously supported Gryphon’s investment in 3Cloud and earlier in his career at Gryphon, worked across several investments including Dessert Holdings, Matrixx Initiatives/ZICAM, Mechanix Wear, Milani Cosmetics, RoC Skincare, and Smile Brands.

Prior to re-joining Gryphon, Clint was a Senior Director of Corporate Development at GoPuff, an Investment Professional on the Direct Private Equity team at Partners Group and a Private Equity Investment Professional at GE Capital. He started his career in the GE Capital Financial Management Program.
