Barry Becker
Managing Director
Barry joined Gryphon in 2022 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group and the Human Resources team. He works with senior executives of portfolio companies within the Software and Business Services Groups to lead, manage and facilitate human capital, organizational and human resource effectiveness initiatives.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Barry was Founder at Breakthrough HR, a human capital-focused consulting firm supporting transformative growth initiatives at companies ranging in size from startups to members of the Fortune 500, including clients as Intuit, eBay, Side Inc. and Sibly, among others. Previously, he was at Doctors on Demand and Verifone driving global HR efforts and at PayPal driving the re-design of the end-to-end product lifecycle. He also served in various HR leadership roles at Intel.
