Jennifer joined Gryphon in 2026 as a Roadshow Coordinator on the Fundraising & Investor Relations team. In her role, Jennifer coordinates and manages roadshow logistics and investor engagement for the Fundraising & Investor Relations team. Prior to Gryphon, Jennifer was an Operations Manager, Investor Services / Roadshow Coordinator at Palladium Equity Partners. Previously, she held administrative and roadshow coordination roles at Mercury Capital Advisors and Merrill Lynch & Co.
