Lucas joined Gryphon in 2026 and is responsible for analyzing, executing, and monitoring investments within Gryphon’s Heritage Group. Prior to Gryphon, Lucas was an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard Frères & Co. Previously, he was a Fundamental Research Analyst at Point72 Asset Management.
